Certified Pre-Loved SNOO – 1-Year Limited Warranty Policy

Product Covered: Certified Pre-Loved SNOO Smart Sleeper (“Product”)
1. Warranty Coverage
Snoorentals Canada provides a 1-year limited warranty for all Certified Pre-Loved SNOO units purchased directly from Snoorentals Canada. This warranty covers functional and mechanical defects that occur under normal, intended use during the warranty period.
If a covered defect occurs, we will, at our discretion:
- repair the Product, or
- replace the Product with the same model or a comparable model, or
- provide a partial or full refund if repair/replacement is not reasonably possible.
2. Warranty Period
The warranty period is 12 months from the delivery date shown on your shipment tracking confirmation.
3. What’s Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship related to the SNOO’s core function, including:
- motor or motion function failure
- sound function failure
- device power issues not caused by external damage
- connectivity failures that prevent normal use of the SNOO (excluding app subscription limitations)
- internal electronic or control board malfunction
4. What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Cosmetic wear:
- scratches, scuffs, fabric pilling, discoloration, worn corners, or normal used-item appearance
Damage or misuse:
- accidents, drops, impact damage, or improper handling
- water/liquid damage
- improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, or tampering
- use inconsistent with SNOO safety instructions or intended use
- use with non-approved accessories, power adapters, or parts
Electrical and environmental issues:
- power surges, improper voltage, or damage caused by outlets/extension cords
- damage due to fire, flooding, theft, or other events beyond our control
Consumables and accessories:
- sleep sacks, sheets, mattresses, power cables, and other removable accessories
(These are provided new, but are not covered unless defective on arrival.)
App access/subscription:
- Certified Pre-Loved SNOO purchases do not include premium SNOO App access. App subscription issues are not covered.
5. Customer Responsibilities
To keep the warranty valid, the Product must be:
- used indoors in a dry environment
- assembled and operated according to SNOO instructions
- plugged into a properly grounded outlet
- kept free from liquid exposure or physical damage
6. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To start a claim, email support@snoorentals.ca with:
- Your full name and order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A clear video showing the problem (preferred), or photos if video isn’t possible
- Your shipping address and phone number
We may request troubleshooting steps before approving a claim.
7. Shipping & Inspection for Warranty Service
If your claim is approved, we will provide return or repair instructions.

Covered claims: We cover return shipping and replacement shipping if applicable.

Not covered claims: If inspection shows the issue is not covered, you may:
- pay return shipping to have the unit sent back to you, or
- request a paid repair (if available), or
- request disposal/recycling.
8. Replacement Units
If a replacement is issued:
- the replacement unit continues under the original warranty end date (not a new 12-month term), unless required otherwise by law.
- replacement units are Certified Pre-Loved and reconditioned to our standards.
9. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snoorentals Canada is not liable for:
- indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- loss of sleep, personal time, or other non-financial impacts
- issues caused by use outside intended function or safety instructions
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on your province/territory.
10. Non-Transferable / Original Purchaser Only
This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
If the Product is sold, gifted, or transferred to another person, the warranty is void.
11. Relationship to Other Brands
Snoorentals Canada is not affiliated with Happiest Baby, Inc. The SNOO name and trademarks belong to their respective owners. This warranty is provided solely by Snoorentals Canada for Certified Pre-Loved units sold by us.
