Who Qualifies for VIP Status?

Any customer who has completed at least one rental cycle with SnooRentals is automatically a VIP. That's it! No minimum spend, no complicated rules. Once you've successfully rented from us, you're part of our VIP family for life.

Can I Use My VIP Discount Multiple Times?

Absolutely! Your VIP status never expires. Rent as many times as you need – for baby #2, baby #3, or even as a thoughtful baby shower gift. Your discount will always be there waiting for you.

Do I Need a Code?

Nope! Your VIP discount applies automatically when you enter your email at checkout. No codes to remember, no hassle.

When Does My VIP Discount Expire?

Never! Your VIP status is for life. Whether you come back in 6 months or 6 years, your discount will still be active and ready to use.

How Do I Know If My VIP Discount Was Applied?

You'll see the discount clearly displayed in your cart and at checkout. It will show as "VIP - 10% Off 5+ Months Plan", "VIP - 10% Off 3+ Months Plan", or "VIP - 5% Off 1+ Month Plan" with the savings amount deducted from your total before you complete your purchase.

Can I Gift My VIP Discount to Someone Else?

VIP discounts are tied to your email address and account. However, you can absolutely purchase a rental as a gift for someone else using your VIP discount! Just enter your email at checkout and have the SNOO shipped to the gift recipient's address.

What If I Rented Under a Different Email Address?

No problem! Contact us at support@snoorentals.ca and we'll link your accounts so you can access your VIP benefits with your preferred email address.

Can I Use My VIP Discount for a Baby Shower Gift Purchase?

Absolutely! Your VIP discount applies to any rental you purchase, including gifts. Simply use your email at checkout and ship the SNOO to the expecting parents. It's a thoughtful, practical gift that shows you care – and you save money too!

What Happens If I Return My Rental Early - Do I Keep VIP Status?

Yes, you keep your VIP status! As long as you've completed at least one rental cycle with us (meaning you've paid for at least one rental period), you're a VIP for life. Early returns don't affect your VIP membership.

How Much Will I Save as a VIP Customer Over Time?

The savings add up quickly! Here are some examples:

• 5+ Months Plan: Save $19.90/month = $99.50 over 5 months, $119.4 over 6 months
• 3+ Months Plan: Save $21.90/month = $65.70 over 3 months, $131.40 over 6 months
• 1+ Month Plan: Save $11.95/month = $35.85 over 3 months, $71.70 over 6 months
• Multiple rentals: If you rent for baby #2 and #3, your lifetime savings could exceed $400+!

Can Family Members Use My VIP Discount?

The VIP discount is linked to your email address. However, you can purchase a rental for a family member using your account and VIP discount, then have it shipped to their address. Each person who rents will earn their own VIP status for future rentals!

Can I Combine VIP Discounts with Other Offers?

VIP discounts cannot be combined with other promotional codes or discounts. However, your VIP discount is already one of our best offers and provides ongoing value every time you rent!
