Warranty and Return: 

Your Certified Pre-Loved SNOO includes a 1-year warranty covering functional or mechanical issues under normal use. If anything goes wrong, we’ll make it right according to our warranty policy.

Certified Pre-Loved SNOOs may be returned within 14 days of delivery. A restocking fee of CAD $300 + tax applies to all returns.
